3.1 Educator Access and Shared Use Accounts.
Educators are expected and required to contact PTCB Test Prep prior to creating an account.
With the relevant approval, educators may register for individual access to the course for evaluation and familiarization purposes only; however, this access is granted with a limited 2 week grace period. After this period, educators must contact PTCB Test Prep to formally register their class and obtain an appropriate institutional license to continue using the program in any capacity, including but not limited to instructional capacity. In cases where licensing is not pursued, the account may remain active only for a period of 4-weeks.
Educators are expected and required to contact PTCB Test Prep prior to creating an account if the course will be used for teaching, classroom demonstration, or student access. Shared use of individual accounts, distribution of login credentials, or use of the platform by multiple students under a single account is strictly prohibited.
Continued use beyond the grace period without proper licensing may result in suspension or termination of access. Continued circumvention may result in legal sanction against the academic institution, pharmacy, or other organization from which the account was first registered, or is affiliated with.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and digital study materials — is the property of PTCB Test Prep or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view or download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

(i) Refunds may be available where the eligibility requirements set out in this policy are met. To submit a valid refund request, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

(ii) Eligible members who do not pass the PTCB exam may also be granted extended complimentary access to our course materials for a specified period, allowing them to continue preparing at no additional cost.
(iii) Refund eligibility applies only to the first membership purchase and does not cover subsequent upgrades, renewals, or additional course purchases. Refunds are not eligible for educator accounts, including partial access account creation (see 3.1, above).
(v) Accounts found to be used for shared access in any capacity, including but not limited to multiple users, classrooms, or credential sharing, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Shared use violates the terms of service and compromises the integrity of individual access licensing; therefore, any subscription or purchase associated with shared use may be immediately terminated without refund or credit.
(vi) Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that are beyond the control of PTCB Test Prep, including but not limited to home internet connectivity problems, device incompatibility, third-party software or browser issues, hosting outages, or service disruptions caused by external providers. While reasonable efforts will be made to assist users in troubleshooting access issues, such circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund.
(vii) Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle you to a refund beyond what is permitted under our refund policy or applicable law. Account access may be suspended while the dispute is being reviewed.
(viii) A claim that the “Product is unacceptable” does not, by itself, qualify for a refund. You must contact support@ptcbtestprep.com and provide sufficient details and supporting evidence identifying the specific issue [and subject to satisfying condition (vi), too].

While PTCB Test Prep aims to provide quality learning resources, we cannot guarantee that using our materials will result in passing the PTCB exam. Success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, and study habits. Our content is intended for general preparation and educational purposes only.
